PayChase AI provides an AI-powered invoice automation platform that helps businesses manage unpaid invoices through automated follow-up sequences and payment collection tools.

Our Services Include:

• Integration with accounting systems (QuickBooks, etc.)
• Payment processing through third-party providers (Stripe, etc.)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

User Obligations

Account Requirements

• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS OR SERVICES

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Use the Service in a way that could damage our reputation or Service
• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities

Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We will provide reasonable time to export your data
• We may delete your data after termination in accordance with our data retention policy
• Outstanding payment obligations will remain due

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement
